I didn't realise until the morning after I finished "Taking Flight" that there was a sequel - if I had, I'd have got no sleep at all that night! Another book that I simply couldn't put down. I loved the constant subversion of expectations - it has been such a long time since I've read a pony book in which I had absolutely no idea where the story might go and was kept turning the pages in eager anticipation of what might happen next. A beautifully written book that raised some difficult questions and gave no easy answers. Loved this book as much as the first one!
Great read for teenagers and adults alike. Am a librarian running teenage book club so had ages ranging from 12 to 48 years.... We all loved it!!
