This is a ketogenic mega book, which everyone who chooses a ketogenic diet dreams of. There are over seven hundred recipes for breakfasts, lunches, soups, appetizers, smoothies, desserts, stews, sauces, broth, dressing and others. I especially liked the keto fat bomb recipes, because these dishes are hearty snacks for me and my family outside the home.

I really enjoyed reading about the history and motivation that lead him to all his research on what the Keto diet can do for the body.

I was totally amazed by this cookbook! and this book is hands down the most well written and well organised material I have read, period and everything in the book, especially the recipes have references to where they can be found in the book, thought out meal plans, and step by step instructions to create them and i've been doing KETO for over a week now, and naturally, some of the aspects of this diet seemed ample to me and this is my favourite KETO book by far and one that I recommend to all of my family and friends and each of the different plans comes with a month of menu planning, shopping lists and choices for each one and so easy to understand great diagrams, pictures and charts too and tons of recipes that are listed wit pictures and easy to look up recipes - well laid out.

I love the simplicity of the recipes. For example – Chicken chili; one would say, why do I need recipes for that – the answer is easy. I simply don't want to think over my evening meal when coming home from work or sit down and calculate the nutritional info. Everything is already here - you just have to follow the instructions accurately and get the meal you want to get. Some of my ketogenic cookbooks are fairly overcomplicated.
