I had been waiting for this to come out since Victoria and Ryron posted about it a few months ago, and of course I bought it once available. This is a great book for kids 2-12. I read it to my 2 year old daughter a few times per week, she loves it. She insists on wrapping the book with daddy’s old white belt and sleeping with it at the foot of the bed because “the magical belt†keeps monsters away. Every morning she wakes up and says “Dad is it yellow yet?â€
Kip and the Magical Belt has become one of my daughters' favorite nighttime reads. While they don't study jiu-jitsu (they are Karate yellow belts) the idea of bullying, using your words and then your martial art as a last resort resonates with them. It's a great, fun read for any parent looking to inspire their kids to train and to prepare them for what might lie ahead at school.

Loved this book. My boys were intrigued. Great if you're learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Bulleyproof. Great if you're kids will be exposed to bullying in their life, and great to show rather than tell them of the importance to know how to defend themselves. Great book!
